CANCELLATION POLICY
I value your time and mine, I kindly ask that you review the following policies before booking your appointment: RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS: Deposits may be transferred one time to a new date within the same month, with at least 72 hrs notice. Cancellations made less than 72 hrs before your appointment will require a new deposit to rebook. SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS: Will result in a fee of 50% of the service total, due before your next booking. LATE POLICY: A 10 minute grace period is provided. After 10 minutes, a $15 late fee will be applied. Arrivals 15+ minutes late will be considered a no-show and the appointment will be cancelled. My goal is to provide a luxury, unhurried experience for every client. These policies allow me to stay on schedule, respect everyone’s time, and deliver the level of service you deserve.
